Online service: Creationtide

Time: 9:15 - 10:00

Please join us for our online service this week: this week we begin Creationtide, in which we consider God's good creation and our place within it. Our Online Service picks up this theme as it explores the biblical and ecological importance of trees, with Tim Lomax, the Diocese's Director of Mission as our guest preacher.

It is available from 9:15am Sunday at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WiJb_QCZqww (this is a change in time because of revised YouTube scheduling requirements).

Many thanks to our guest preacher this week, Canon Tim Lomax and to Iain Pritchard who has edited this week's video.

The text version of some elements of the service, which we deliver to those church family members who aren't online is available to read here

In the meantime, you can see all our previous services on our Youtube channel, where you can see all our previous services and other videos.

The links to the service and to the resources are also in our weekly email update. To be added to future updates, please subscribe here.

A Service of the Word with Communion (in Church)

Time: 17:00 - 17:40

We welcome you for a specially designed Service of the Word with Communion, having worked hard to make the occasion as safe as we can for those wish to join us.

In accordance with Government and Church of England guidance on public worship we ask that everyone wears a mask when they come. There will be clear instructions about hand sanitising and social distancing on arrival so please pay attention when you enter the building. As you may have seen elsewhere we are not permitted to sing together but there will music to listen to, prayers, readings and a sermon in this service of approximately 40 minutes.

There is very thorough guidance from the Government and the Church of England about how to do this safely but we would still appreciate your feedback. You can do that by emailing James

The Online Services will continue to be uploaded and remain our primary act of worship.
