16:00Back to School Blessing (in Church)

This will be a 15 minute service for any children, teachers, school workers, and families who are preparing to go back to school. 

We will be in the church building for a time to reflect and pray about this coming term. 

Please look out for social media posts and pass this on to anyone you know who might value this. 

17:00A Service of the Word with Communion (in Church)

We welcome you for a specially designed Service of the Word with Communion, having worked hard to make the occasion as safe as we can for those wish to join us. 

In accordance with Government and Church of England guidance on public worship we ask that everyone wears a mask when they come. There will be clear instructions about hand sanitising and social distancing on arrival so please pay attention when you enter the building. As you may have seen elsewhere we are not permitted to sing together but there will music to listen to, prayers, readings and a sermon in this service of approximately 40 minutes. 

There is very thorough guidance from the Government and the Church of England about how to do this safely but we would still appreciate your feedback. You can do that by emailing James

Please join us for our online service this week: this week we begin Creationtide, in which we consider God's good creation and our place within it. Our Online Service picks up this theme as it explores the biblical and ecological importance of trees, with Tim Lomax, the Diocese's Director of Mission as our guest preacher.
