Covid-19

St John's is generally following the stance of the Archbishops of Canterbury and York.  At the time of writing (15 February 2021):

• We have concluded that it is right to be a live stream only service Church ("Just because you can do something, that doesn't mean you should do something"...).  Thus our 9:30am service each Sunday is currently available only via our YouTube Channel.
• Morning Prayer continues online via Zoom (Monday to Friday at 8:30am).
• Evening Prayer has been suspended.

The Church itself is open for private prayer on Sundays from 10:30am to 4pm.  It is likely that at some point, as lockdown eases, we will again open 7 days a week.

Visiting our church? Please help us to keep the space safe for you and other visitors. We have hand sanitiser available, and ask that you maintain social distancing.  Please help our cleaners by indicating where you have been sitting.  There's a short video to show you what you can expect.
